2. How long does it take to get magnets?

3. Do you sell individual magnets?

4. Do you provide a discount for a large quantity?

5. Can you provide a sample magnet?

1.
What is the size and material of the magnet?

The size of the magnet is 6.25" X 7". They are made of a magnetic rubber material, similar to the ribbon magnets you see on many cars. The car magnet attaches to metal surfaces.

Decals come 3 to a sheet. One sheet is the same price as one magnet. A sheet of decals has 3 different size decals to accommodate different vehicles and windows. The sheet is approximately 8x11 inches. They are made of vinyl with an adhesive that is strong, yet easily removed. Once removed the decal usually cannot be used again. That’s why you get 3 per sheet. Back to Questions.

2.
How long does it take to get magnets?

We ship magnets via UPS Ground within a day or two of receipt of payment. UPS Ground typically can ship them anywhere in the US within 4-5 business days. If you need them sooner for some up coming event we can always make special arrangements. Back to Questions.

3.
Do you sell individual magnets?

We only sell in box quantities of 200 magnets or decal sheets. We cannot split cases at the bulk price. Each case is $300 plus $20 for shipping and handling. If you are looking for less than 200, our distributors can sell them in smaller quantities, though the unit price will be higher. Please look at the individual sales map to find a distributor near you. If you can't find a distributor near you, you can purchase individual magnets from the St. Margaret Mary Cub Scout pack. Here is a link to their web site. Back to Questions.

4. Do you provide a discount for a large quantities?

Cases of 200 magnets or decal sheets are greatly discounted off the suggested price of $5.00 per unit. We have established a nationwide price of $300 per case ($1.50 per magnet or decal sheet) for 200 units. We want the final seller to raise lots of money for their causes, so we keep case prices very low. We do not provide an additional discount until you reach distributor quantities (10,000 units). If you are interested in 10,000 units or more, send an email to magnets@kcnativitysets.com. Back to Questions.

5.
Can you provide a sample magnet?

Yes, but only for organizations interested in fundraising orders. Please send an email to magnets@kcnativitysets.com with your name, organization name, and the address where you would like the sample magnet shipped. Back to Questions.

6.
I am having problems paying with credit card using PayPal. Can you help?

There are several tips for paying with Credit card using PayPal.

When you have completed the order at our web site and you are transferred to the PayPal web site you may be asked to login or pay using credit card. To pay with credit card you do not have to login to PayPal look for he section of the web site that allows you to pay by credit card.

When completing the payment information at PayPal make sure the information requested matches exactly what is on the credit card, as PayPal verifies the credit card before allowing payment.

Once an order is complete PayPal will send an email receipt showing verification of payment.

Our main problem last year was being able to fill last minute orders since the production turnaround was one month. So our strategy this year is to get as many orders filled before October 1st and use those funds to purchase Magnets to have on hand for last minute orders and reorders!

Questions About Nativity Sets

1. What is the Nativity set made of?

The sets are made of 3/8" PVC (plastic material). The sets are self supporting and hold up well in the wind although we do recommend securing the back of the set with a couple wooden stakes.

Nativity sets are typically constructed over the summer and made available in the fall. Our target availability date this year is tentatively set for mid-October. Pre-orders are accepted through the web site order page and fulfilled once the sets are complete. You can save the shipping fee if you can pick up your set at our parish in Algonquin, Illinois.

3. What are the dimensions of the nativity set?

The set ships in a box 48" x 32" x 3". When it is assembled it is approximately 48" wide x 50" tall x 24" deep.

Questions About Orders

1. How can I pay for my order?

Some of our distributors accept check, credit card, or PayPal when you place your order. Others only accept checks. Checks must be received before an order is shipped, so send in the check immediately. We do not recommend placing your order over the phone. We highly recommend you place your order through the website. It’s much more secure than giving your information to someone on the phone. Plus, your order goes into an online tracking system so we can check the status of your order.

2. How can I check on the status of my order?

If you paid by credit card, PayPal or if you sent your check in promptly and your order has not been received within 15 business days, please contact your distributor. Orders usually ship within 5 business days from when payment was received, and often sooner. You should have received an email from your distributor when you placed your order. You can simply reply to that email with your questions. You can also send your questions to magnets@kcnativitysets.com. Describe your question in detail. If it is about an order, please include your order number, phone number, email address and the name of the person associated with the order.
